Hi there, this is Lorraine, Catherine’s sister and best friend. First of all, Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and wish everyone all the best in 2025.
It’s that time of year for fresh starts, and having a clean slate in front of us is fun. Whether you want to make little changes for yourself or big ones, our health and taking care of it has to be a top priority. Catherine and I have had multiple conversations about what we can do to make informed decisions about reducing stress, how to fuel our bodies and how to include daily activities. With Catherine’s encouragement, I am here to share the points that I think are important in our day-to-day lifestyle.
“HEALTH IS WEALTH”
I am not a nutritionist or a dietician, but I find the subject fascinating. There is a lot of information swirling around on social media, in books, magazines and on TV. I want to start a conversation and share what I have found interesting and what makes sense to me.
Lifestyle is not one size fits all. I have found a lifestyle that works for me. I make a choice each day to follow and make decisions that will benefit me and help sustain the weight loss success I have accomplished. I hope that the information I share is useful, and will help you find a lifestyle that suits you, too.
I will share recipes, ideas, tips, tricks and tweaks (triple Ts) in future posts.
I believe the trends for 2025 will be reading the nutrition ingredient labels on the foods we purchase. I also think, there will be more interest in preparing and cooking meals at home.
