Chance encounter of the Assiniboine in Iroquois Lock

What are the chances? Lorraine and I were on our way to Ontario to join the Assiniboine on Sunday. We had a few stops along the way. One of these stops was to deliver a book in Iroquois Lock. Lorraine always drives, and I am in charge of Navigation. I had the address of the recipient of the book in my phone's GPS. We were commenting on how close the people lived to the Lock when my phone's GPS stopped working, and we missed the turn-off, and my phone froze. Lorraine said let's drive to the Lock while you fix your phone. Imagine our surprise when there was a ship in the Lock at that exact moment, not just any ship; it was the Assiniboine. I couldn't help but feel the excitement of seeing the ship where I would spend the month of June. As we drove away from the Lock, Lorraine looked at me and said, I think some divine intervention led us over to the Lock. A place that holds so many beautiful memories of our parents visiting us when we transited the Lock. We continued down the road with smiles on our faces.
